My son Antony and I, Rita Purpura had great service on 4/6/24The technician, Lance, did a thorough checking of why our furnace wouldn't go on and found out it was a faulty fuse. What a blessing that was and such a deal. We love Just Right Heating and Cooling! We also had a tune-up on our air conditioner and they replace two parts. Works wonderful and and they are an honest and a trustworthy business..

The service Just Right Air provides is EXCELLENT! We first used Just Right Air after another company had installed a new furnace in our home, and the new furnace wouldn't work - even after repeated follow up visits by the installing company. Just Right Air came out and corrected the issues on their first visit.Our air conditioning stopped working correctly one summer, and a newly hired technician that came out couldn't figure out why it wouldn't cool the house the way it should. He called the office, and the owner of the company came out immediately and was able to resolve the problem immediately - and provide a learning experience to his newly hired employee.Just Right Air will go to any length to resolve issues and to provide excellent customer service. I've never worked with a company I trust as much as I trust Just Right Air. I recommend them whenever anyone is having problems with their heating or cooling systems.

My heater failed on a Friday night after hours. I have Just Rights vip membership and they were excellent. We talked through options and determined I needed emergency service. The technician, Lance, called to see if we could work through the problem without a trip to my house. Then he determined the cause and it required a visit. He was very clear when he would get here (9:30 pm) and showed up with all the necessary parts. Lance was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Had the work done in about an hour. Did I mention it was a snowy night. You don’t see service like this anymore! Clearly Just Right Heating is focused on customer service and their technician’s carry that message. Thanks Lance!

I would be hard to overstate how great Just Right is. We would give them 6 stars if possible. From our salesman Robert Szopinski, who communicated and answered a million questions day and night, to John Giles who worked on numerous bids to find a solution that worked for our needs within our price range. The job was challenging in our old Victorian home with a complicated existing system, but our installer Daniel Steele worked tirelessly crawling through our attic, under our house, etc. to figure out the complexities and install an excellent system. Daniel definitely takes pride in his work and it shows in the quality of the install. And lastly, the install manager Allan strategized to find an awesome heating/cooling solution we never knew we needed but now can’t live without. Thank you to the entire team of excellent professionals. Our dogs miss you and hope you will stop by and say hi.

This outstanding company is full of very professional installation and service people. They were lowest bidder on replacement heating and air-conditioning system. They offer top quality products and back them with a warranty. The extended service plan brings a technician out twice a year to ensure the system is functioning properly. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and their staff of professionals.

We have now had Just Right Air come to our home 4 times, twice to adjust our air conditioner and this last time, to clean and get our furnace ready for winter. He also changed our filter on our humidifier. Each time, the guy has been very well mannered and efficient doing his job. He's knowledgeable about what needs to be done and works very quickly to get the job done. Our ShihTsu dog loved him and he took the time to play with her. We will continue use Just Right Air for our air conditioning and furnace needs.

What a great experience! I called Just Right on a Sunday morning because by furnace had stopped working overnight. They sent Jeremy Richards over almost immediately and he went to work on my furnace. Jeremy and Justin were great. I was told that my 20+ year old furnace needed to be replaced along with my AC. The cost for replacements was surprisingly high. I will get them replaced but with the considerable cost I am stalling, which may be an unwise decision on my part. But when someone tells me that I must do something fairly "immediately" my brain usually says "nope". As a widowed female senior I don't trust contractors based on my previous experiences who pretty much took advanage of my situation. NOT saying Just Right would engage in such practices. Just saying . . .

Carver and Lance were both incredible. As a new home owner, there is so much I don’t know about my HVAC system and the maintenance required. They fixed my furnace when it wouldn’t heat, explained why it happened, and offered solutions in a way I could understand. They took the time to listen to me and answered all of my questions.I am always worried when I call a company I’ve never worked with that the people that show up will be rude or not care about their work product, but these guys exceeded all my expectations on their knowledge and how much they really care about their work. I will definitely be going to this company for all of my future heating and cooling needs.

Bren came out to follow up on my furnace tune up from last week when he noticed that my filter cabinet was leaking dirty air as round the filter. . He rescheduled a time to come out and told me a new / better cabinet would cost me ~2500$. He also mentioned a cheaper alternative using a special tape and made the filter cabinet much tighter thud saving me money. Thank you Bren and Just Right!

Because we required immediate service, we were scheduled for a visit between 6p-10p. We had been without AC for 10 days and Barlow's Htg & Air who we had hired called to inform us it would be an additional 2 weeks before the part was available. At that point I called Just Right. Savanah worked to get us service same day, Jason called and was at our home by 6:30p. Friendly and professional Jason worked the issues, replaced the fan (half the price quoted by Barlow), and installed temporary parts to provide cooling until he can find the new part. Our house is totally comfortable this morning- no more fans blasting. We signed up for the Service Plan immediately and will be Just Right Customers going forward. We are so happy with our experiencewith Just Right Heating and Air. They are honest, professional, and have the comfort of their Customers as a priority. Just Right is the A team! My furnace of 21 years went out Sunday and I was facing the winter storm on Monday evening. This company sent out a technician who confirmed the death of a great furnace. (It’s hard to stop a Trane) that technician called for a representative (Tom)to come out that day. Tom set things up but before he left he brought in 4 space heaters to help with heat until the install. (Who does that?) only a company that puts their customers first! To make a long story short getting a furnace in the size I needed was not easy. Tom finally was able to succeed but not until Tuesday so he brought up more space heaters.Tuesday, bright and early the install team of Daniel and Todd showed up. They were very respectful and professional. After introductions they quietly went to the unfinished, cold basement and got to it. In no time the old unit was gone and the new one was up and running. Daniel was very detailed in describing the new furnace and filter system to me and made sure I understood it.He went over the paperwork and informed me that they had paid for an inspection permit so I would be confident that all was done to code. Again, who does that? I was so impressed with these two great men that I felt that they deserved more than a thank you. They cleaned everything up, did a superb job and turned off the lights and quietly left. (Best team ever)Thanks Just Right for a outstanding job!
