I had plumbing work done by a different company a decade ago. That former company failed to complete the terms of the contract I paid $10k+ for. Just Right bought them out a few years ago, and they just completed work from that old contract at no additional expense, honoring the terms of the original contract of the company it bought out. If you’re trying to create a loyal customer, congratulations, you have succeeded! In an era of feeling like every company nickel-and-dimes customers, Just Right was a huge breath of fresh air (and fixed plumbing)! They made the situation right, probably at a loss to them.
