This plan costs $12 more per year than our Silver tier but includes three free MERV 10 air filters and a $50 replacement coupon. If your heating or cooling system is new and needs maintenance only, the basic plan may fit your needs. Consider buying a Silver, Gold, or Platinum plan if your system is older or has undergone repairs.
