“Service Technician Jeremy Richards performed a maintenance check on my gas furnace. He diagnosed some problems that needed to be addressed. His explanation of the problems and the plan to fix them was detailed and thorough. He came back two days later and installed some of the parts; however, one part did not fit and would have to be ordered again. A week later, he came back with the final part and completed the repair. He was very helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions. My furnace is running better than ever! He is a great representative for Just Right Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling. Great experience!”
