Service

If you're not 100 percent satisfied with the initial service we provide, and if we cannot make you satisfied within 90 days of that service, we'll give you your money back.

Replacement

If you are unhappy with the work we have performed and/or the equipment we have provided, and if we cannot resolve the concerns to your satisfaction, we will replace the equipment supplied or provide a refund.

Comfort Guarantee

For 12 months following installation, we guarantee that the system, as designed by Just Right Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling, will heat or cool your home at design conditions.

Efficiency Guarantee

For 12 months following installation, we guarantee that the system will use no more energy than what is specified in our energy analysis report, or we will refund the difference.

Workmanship Guarantee

Just Right warrants for life to the original purchaser that the workmanship and materials (equipment excluded) provided by Just Right are free of defects. This warranty does not include the cost of gaining access to inaccessible items.

Equipment Parts and Labor Warranty

Subject to the customer registering the equipment with the manufacturer and with the customer’s continued membership in the Just Right Comfort Rewards Program, Just Right warrants to the original purchaser that the equipment is free of defects and workmanship for the duration of the warranty period provided by the manufacturer. All maintenance and service during the warranty period must be provided by Just Right.
