Just Right Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling is a heating, air conditioning, and plumbing company that was formally started in 2004, but our founder, Dan Dearden, started in the business back in 1977.   • Schedule Your Tune-up: Schedule your furnace or AC tune-up, which includes a 25-point inspection.
  • Approve Repairs:  Approve any necessary repairs to bring your equipment up to manufacturer standards.
  • Guarantee: Should something break within the 6-month warranty period, Just Right will cover the cost up to the amount you paid for the tune-up.
  • Comprehensive Protection: Your 10-year manufacturer warranty covers any defects in the equipment, ensuring your system operates as it should throughout its expected lifespan.
  • 10 Years of Labor Coverage: Our commitment to providing 10 full years of labor coverage sets us apart. This means that if your system needs a repair within the warranty period, you won’t have to worry about paying for the labor costs—an often overlooked and expensive part of HVAC repairs.
  • No Hidden Fees: Unlike other companies that charge upwards of $2,500 for extended labor warranties or limit coverage to just a few years, our labor warranty is included for every new install and matches the warranty term set by the manufacturer.
