I love helping the employees with their benefits and payroll management, so they can focus on doing their job.

Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication and several years working in various Human Resource roles.

What is your background?

Born and raised in Utah. Graduated from Bountiful High, Weber State (Associate's Degree), and University of Utah (Bachelor's Degree). Worked at a Marketing Agency in my early career, stayed at home for a bit raising young kiddos and then spent a few years in the School District before returning to Human Resources

What are the values that drive you?

Kindness, Honesty, Integrity, and High Morality. Fully believe in the Shopping Cart Theory: An individual's moral character can be determined by whether they choose to return a shopping cart to its designated spot after use or whether they simply leave it wherever it suits them. Do what's right - even if you gain nothing or nobody will know.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

Going to the gym, running, walking, biking, and spending time with family. We love to travel.
