Colton Creer was our technician that came out. He is so nice me explained everything that was going on with my furnace. He is so knowledgeable. I was glad to have it fixed and so fast. I will be asking for him each time to do my tuneups.

Todd Petersen just came and did my yearly heater/humidifier service. He was here for a couple of hours, checking the whole system. Todd was very thorough and communicated everything to me, not rushed nor hurried, to make sure I got everything he was saying. He even told me to get my tankless water heater looked at, since that is part of the VIP package I have with Just Right.Todd is a model of what good service is.

I am very pleased with the work Dylan did! My water heater was reaching end of life (almost 12 years old), so I decided to replace it before it caused any issue. Dylan took care of the replacement and did a perfect and clean job. See the attached picture (before and after). He replaced the old water and gas valves and reorganize the piping, also put a pan under the new water heater which makes it look cleaner and it is helpful in case of leaks. I will definitely ask for him when I call Just Right again for plumbing services. Thanks!

Dylan was an amazing help. I had a toilet line failed while out of town and he immediately came in and took care of the problem. Great communication and quick work. Will be using their service again for a sink repair shortly. Highly recommend.

Can’t say enough about the service I received today. Dylan came to provide a quote for a tankless heater. His industry and product knowledge provided several solutions. I landed on a decision which I feel was an educated and correct decision for my needs. Installed in one day at a much better price than the two other quotes I had received.

Todd did a very good job for us. Checked furnace thoroughly, answered several questions about controls with wifi thermostat, and took several pictures of areas to watch for future possible problems. Very polite and left no mess. We will request him again in spring for ac check.

Had a leak in our facility and it was critical that it was resolved ASAP, this was a Friday afternoon and I was sure that I wouldn't be able to get help before the following week. Our heat stopped working last night. We got an error alert telling us we had to call for service. We called and the automated system gave us an option for emergency service. We were directed to leave a message and someone would call us back. We waited and waited and never got a call. The low temp last night was 24 degrees. When we called this morning and talked to a live person they were unapologetic and only told us they didn't have emergency service this time of year! In addition, they had to completely replace a system this summer that stopped working when temps were over 100 degrees. That space was uninhabitable during that time - three bedrooms and an office. It took them over a week to get this done. This is the third time we have had an error code that required them to come out. We were in our house with the old furnace for 14 years and never once had an issue. The only reason we replaced it was due to an extensive remodel that required it. Two years in with these new units and we are not pleased.

Two months later and the day before our service appointment they reached out to us and said they had to cancel our appointment to service other customers.
