Very professional. Dillon asked several questions about our furnace satisfaction. Pointed out 2 solutions to deliver better heating distribution and suggested means to extend the asset value of our furnace. Called with a 20 minute heads up and finished work timely. We feel the yearly maintenance ensures our furnace runs properly and delivers the most efficiency possible.

This company is great to work with! The experience ranging from service visits to new system installations was very good! They've always been open and honest, answered our questions, and helped us understand everything in the process. The installation crew was quick and efficient and even gave suggestions to improve upon the original plan! I recommend this company to anyone with HVAC needs.01/10/2025 - Just updating my review. This company is still amazing to work with. I had Darian, one of their technicians, come out to finish up on a job. Always kind, professional, and takes the time to explain the issue and what needs to be done. And then he made sure everything was resolved and I was happy with the results before leaving. After waiting months for their appointments., they same day canceled twice for a furnace tuneup. The second time it was only because I called that I learned they weren’t coming. When the guy did show up, he told us he was sick, he spent three hours in our basement and afterwards, for 2 weeks, we had no heat so we looked at the unit only to find a live wire disconnected. They are coming back tomorrow to fix it, unless they cancel again. To be continued.

Just Right Heating & Cooling installed our home's furnaces and AC units, and we continue to use them for the yearly maintenance. Today, our service technician performing the annual furnace maintenance was Colton Creer, who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He provided a detailed explanation of his service report, which contained many pictures showing his work and our furnaces' health. The report also included several service items that should be addressed soon, but he did not try any heavy-handed tactics to get us to agree to have all these items serviced today. His approach was very much appreciated. We are always very pleased with the service Just Right provides.

My furnace stopped working last week, and I called Just Right and worked with Emily in their office. She was so kind and professional, and I truly felt like she cared about getting a technician to our house as soon as possible. It was a Friday afternoon so I knew it could be difficult getting someone to our house quickly with the weekend coming up. She scheduled us first thing Saturday morning. I truly appreciate her and will continue to use this company for future services!

We had questions about how our furnace was performing. Just Right heating and cooling sent a technician out the day I called. Michael Jones came and assessed the efficiency of our furnace and spent time explaining how to use the furnace more effectively in terms of both heating the house and the most efficient in terms of gas usage.Michael was extremely helpful and polite a valuable employee.As we had the furnace cleaned and serviced in September they helped me today for no extra charge. What an amazing experience and I recommend them to everyone

Just Right Air has serviced our home's HVAC equipment for nearly 10 years. They installed a new high efficiency Trane furnace several years ago in our home; their workmanship was superb. Just Right conducts our annual HVAC equipment service inspections. Their technicians exhibit a through understanding of the issues and are always willing to discuss them with me. Their professionalism and customer service are unmatched. Except no substitutes! I wouldn't let anyone else in my home.

I’ve used Just Right a few times and have their membership program. They are always so prompt and answer any questions I have. They also lay out all options and are very helpful. We had James and Jordan out today to fix our broken disposal. They identified the issue quickly and laid out the options and prices to fix it. Then, we’re able to do the work right then and there.

It's not true that you have to pay too much for a plumbing job. I had received many quotes from companies in Salt Lake that have a big name but the guys they sent could not diagnose the issue, so the would charge me an exaggerated amount to break my walls and ceiling to identify the issue with the piping. These guy fixed it in 1 hour for a fair price. I totally recommend them!

Josh Edelman did the annual Furnance service for us. My wife said he did a great job. He was polite, courteous, proficient and very knowledgable. She mentoned to him that our water heater wasnt working and she wished Just Right did plumbing also. He replied they do. I arrived home just before Josh left. Talked to him about the water heater and asked him if he could refer us for a service call. He replied he would contact them now and they would be out that after noon ( it was after 1:00 at this time). I really thought that the plumber would arrive later in the day and because it was Christmas Eve, nothing would really happen until the day after Christmas. At 2:13, we received an email from Jordan Davidson informing us that he was on his way. Jordan arrived with his helper James. We talked about the water heater, he completed a diagnostic, agreed it was the Burner and started calling A.O Smith b/c the water was still under warranty. A.O Smith said they could ship a new burner and said it would arrive between the 12/27 and 1/2 which wasnt acceptable to me. Jordan informed us that he could pick up a new burner locally but it wouldnt be covered by the warranty. I told him to pick up the part locally b/c I didnt want to wait for A.O Smith. I also spoke to Jordan about the acceptable water pressue for water heaters. He checked our water pressure and it was 105 psi. My Pressure regulator valve (PRV) is as at least 40 years old. He said he could replace that too. I agreed. Jordan and James left to pick up parts. When they returned, I think it took both of them under 30 minutes to replace the burner and control module on the water heater and replace the PRV and the water turnon gate valve with a ball valve. I joked with them I wasnt sure if I should feel diappointed that they were able to do it so quickly or be happy about it. I was very happy and impressed with them; their knoweldge, skills and their attitude. They were easy to talk to, very infomative and a pleasure to be around.I would strongly recommend Just Right to anyone needing HVAC & Plumbing.

Garret Jordon has done a great job in removing our old water heater replacing it with our new one. He helped us select the size and type of the new water heater. He told us what new regulations were required for the installation. After the installation, he went over how to adjust the temperature and to restart the flame if it ever went out. He said this should never happen. The owners should give him a big raise. He picked up all the stuff that was required for the installation. Good n job Garret
