Josh Edelman of Just Right Heating & Cooling was really wonderful to work with. He came early (called first) and performed routine maintenance. He explained some things we could do to make our heating more efficient and showed us some things that needed to be fixed. He made some repairs and was quick and efficient. Also, very friendly and respectful of property (wore shoe covers in my house). I appreciated Josh’s insight and knowledge on the system. He was so helpful and personable that I felt like I should invite him to dinner!! 😁

Not sure what is going on with this company. When I purchased my unit they were great. The last few times they've come out to service my unit they really have tried to up sell me on new product. They usually leave me with new filters with the package I bought, which they haven't. I had to ask the tech in the spring time to actually change my filter out and he didn't even have a clean filter on his truck. My fall service, I changed my filter a week before they came out and I asked the tech to leave me a new filter since he didn't have to change it out. He said he would leave a couple if I signed up for a package worth $1300-$2000.

We've had a service plan with Friendly Home Services/Just Right Heating and Cooling for many years. We also use them for our heating and plumbing needs outside of our contract and their service is always great and the techs are friendly and helpful. I wanted to especially commend Dylan Ewen for our latest work. He went above and beyond in terms of polite friendly service, and in thoroughly explaining our repair options and the work that he performed. He answered all of our questions and walked me through the repair process as it was a special project with particular requirements. Call Just Right and ask for Dylan for your plumbing needs!

My 4 y.o. Reem H20 Heater needed a "warranty" part gas valve (free) ... Garrett installed only one aspect of the problem, but there was a confusion about not puting in not just a valve but a tank sensor.... but it was a 90 min job. The company labor charge was $490 is a bit pricey so minus 1 star! but........ there ya go, it works now.. after more than a week & 3 visits..

Just Right did an excellent job transitioning my very old home (115 yrs) from a gas furnace to a quiet, efficient, clean electric cold-climate heat pump. It took technicans Semisi L, Zack S., and Ethan S. all day because they had to customize the metal cabinet and rewire circuits for this spilt system. It looks and works beautifully. I also had a new water heater installed by Just Right Plumber Garret, who communicated with me throughout the process and did a great job. They were professional, knowledgable, dedicated and hardworking. My thanks to Vaughn Meeke who arranged the financing to get me exactly what i wanted, and a free air purifier as well.

Though there were some postponements from when we wanted/had it scheduled earlier in the summer, (due to a shortage of available techs/high demand for repairs) Chad seemed very thorough and answered all my questions. I have a quarterly service agreement with Just Right and have found it very helpful. They clean the ducts and replace the filter. Micheal J was my tech and went out of his way to get a special filter for my unit. It was not on his truck but he returned a few days later to get it finished. Great service.

Wow, we are so happy we went with Just Right Plumbing to help us with our plumbing issue! Dylan Ewen was respectful, great to work with, and knowledgeable in his trade. He called ahead of time, came when expected, then fixed the issue quickly. Dylan was good at communicating what was going on and why, and in letting us know about the warranty. First of all Ray did a great job fixing the unit. He knew what he was talking about, and was able to replace the capacitor and get the machine back up and running pretty quickly. This review is not about his skills or performance.TL;DRThey missed their appointment, have 3 different phone numbers, ask for reviews before the work is done, can't be reached by phone, and don't call you back. Only the tech called me, but no compensation was offered for failing to make their first appointment. Happy it's working, not happy with the confusion and lack of clear communication or accountability.My gripe comes with the communication or lack thereof, and missing an entire appointment window without any notice. They said they would be there between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m., and I let them know that the earliest my renter would be there was 3:30 cuz she had to take time off work. They said that would be fine. But the time came and went and I got no notice about any updates or issues, and when I called at 6:30 it was after hours, even though the online info says 24/7. They did text my renter at around 7:00 p.m. to say they wouldn't make it that night. I still didn't receive anything. The following morning I got a text asking for a review... Sorry, what?I tried calling their main line number listed on the website and helpful AI Emily said I would receive a phone call shortly. I never received a phone call. I reached out to my tenant who informed me that they received a text message saying that between 12:00 and 4:00 p.m. would be the window of time to expect a technician, so she had to take another half day off work to be available. They still didn't reach out to me. And when I tried to call them again helpful AI Emily told me I'd receive a phone call back. But I didn't. The technician finally called me at about 2:30 to tell me he was almost there and to try to get a better idea of what had happened so he'd be ready for servicing the unit, which I appreciate.Since I'm also a working professional I was unable to answer the phone call when he called to tell me what he had found. He left a message and detailed the issue that he had seen and wanted authorization to fix the problem so that he could test and see if anything else was wrong. That's fine, but before I could return his phone call(which oddly enough is the second number that spits you back into their queue where AI Emily tells you they'll call you back) I received text messages from two different numbers claiming to be just right, one asking for a review one giving me an idea that there was an invoice involved. At the same time I got two different emails, one listing three different invoices that might be available if I joined their service plan versus not, and one asking for a review, and all before I even talked to the technician yet. Turns out they reached out to my wife and they had her pay the total. My question would be what kind of compensation should I get for them missing an entire appointment causing my tenant have to take two half days off work? You know for sure that if I hadn't had someone there at the right time and they had come and no one was there to greet them I'd be dealing with rescheduling fees or having to find someone else to come service it. But since they missed the appointment they can do whatever they want and still charge me full price. I have a hard time with this because in my line of work if I make a mistake or if my drivers don't deliver the product it's on me not on my customer.

My central AC went out. The techician said we need a new unit. The salesman tried to sell us a $17,000 unit and a furnace (which was not broken). We got a second opinion from a guy who fixed it for $460. Never use Just Right. Their motto should be upsell, upsell, upsell
