My central AC went out. The techician said we need a new unit. The salesman tried to sell us a $17,000 unit and a furnace (which was not broken). We got a second opinion from a guy who fixed it for $460. Never use Just Right. Their motto should be upsell, upsell, upsell

Put in a new capacitor that cost $165.00. But was charged $775.00. Was over charged by $400.00. Will never use them again. Will not recommend them. Recommend shopping around to use a referral and honest HVAC service.

This is the first appointment I had with Just Right. I just needed to replace two 45 year old washing machine water faucets (that were frozen up)plus determine on whether we had the proper drain access to install a washer & dryer in our basement apartment.Jordan confirmed that we could easily install a washer/dryer downstairs. He then installed two high quality ball-valves to replace the frozen-up faucets. The new ball-valve faucets should easily last for the remaining life of our home.It was a delight to have Jordan in our home. He is courteous, clean-cut, competent and professional in every way. We hope to retain him as our Just Right Plumber for many years to come.

A little shady, asking to see other quotes before offering their own. Then offering to price match after having to send a quote without seeing others. It's fine to get feedback after losing a bid, to know if you are competitive or otherwise deficient. But this approach feels sketchy and dishonest.

They were on time and fix my problem fast and had lots of option to choose from. For my ac problems. The plumbing was different the Dispatcher was always in meeting and had to ask there tec. When they want to do the service call. It took a week and a half to replace my water heater. But Garett was fast at getting the job done once he got here.

We have a mini-split and haven’t found anyone competent in the area until Just Right came out. Kurt was very knowledgeable and troubleshooted the problem and provided expert level service, suggestions and guidance. He asked great questions leading us to a less costly fix. Wonderful customer service and care! We signed up for the VIP program and already scheduled our next tune up, they have great follow up and communication all through the process. I would recommend their team to anyone. This group isn’t about taking advantage of your ignorance, they educate and explain. That’s the best practice for any service

This company has gone way downhill. I have used them for a couple of years and they did a great job. I signed up for their VIP service where I paid a monthly fee. Included in this service, I was supposed to receive a Spring and Fall maintenance service along with enough filters to be changed out at the recommended 60-90 days every year. In addition, I was told that if my heating/ air conditioning needed repairs, the $23.00 I paid every month would go towards the cost of any repairs, plus an additional 10% off. The first 2 years were great! Then in the Fall of 2023 when I called to make an appointment for maintenance, they rescheduled on the day of my appointment, telling me they were short a technician. Okay, things happen. I rescheduled, they came out performed the service and all was well. It’s now April, 2024. I call and schedule maintenance on my air conditioning and they schedule me in for late May, 2024. At the time I told them I was calling in early April to get an appointment because by mid to late May the temperature would be high enough that I would have to turn on my air before they would be out for maintenance service. I want to make sure the air conditioning unit is in good shape before I turn it on for the year. They said the soonest they could get out to me was late May. I made the appointment. The day of my appointment, I take time off of work to be there and again the day of my appointment; actually at the time of my appointment I receive a text telling me they needed to reschedule because the Technician had a big repair that was taking longer than expected. They reschedule me 2 weeks later. It’s now the beginning of June. I have been running my air for about a month without maintenance. I just hoped it was all good. The day of my appointment comes. I again take time off work and within 10 minutes of my appointed time, I get a text telling me they need to reschedule using the same excuse about a big repair, blah, blah, blah. This is inexcusable! I had to take time off work, unpaid again! I was done! I told them that this was the 2nd time I had to take work off, losing $ and that due to their awful customer service and mis-management of technicians and scheduling, they lost a good, loyal customer and to immediately stop auto debiting my account for the monthly VIP program. The representative from Just Right Heating and Cooling told me they were sorry for the inconvenience, but they don’t have enough technicians and they are prioritizing repairs and installs and could they come out mid to late July! July? In the middle of Summer to do a MAINTENANCE service? It’s a bit late for that, don’t ya think? She completely disregarded me. I would think twice about becoming a customer of this business when they prioritize big repairs and installs which bring in more $ over us folks that plan ahead and maintain our units, but are loyal customers for years. This company has a high turnover of technicians because they don’t pay their employees well and instead are focused on profits. What you may end up with are technicians that are newly trained and subpar. Good technicians know their worth and leave this company’s employment often. Yes, you should be making good profits but you need to balance profits versus loyal customers who bring the $ consistently over time. And recruit and maintain excellent technicians by paying them what they deserve so that when customers call your business for maintenance or a repair, we know we are getting the best technicians and everything will be done right and on time!

The customer service and technician were friendly and knowledgable, but I was charged $630 to replace a $10-20 AC capacitor and the repair took all of 15 minutes. Research confirms this type of repair is normally $200 at most. I understand the need to cover travel time, diagnosis, and administrative overhead, but I feel ripped off, especially for a non-emergency repair. I wouldn't use this company again given this experience and I feel like it is short-sighted on their part, as I am in need of replacing both of my AC units in the near future.

Update: we have a small pump on out system for condensation, which became clogged, adjust right covered this on warranty, what a relief. The technician, Kurt, was courteous and quick. I appreciate how JRA continues to give amazing service.JRA just replaced our furnace and added A/C to our house. They have a very informed group of techs, from the salesman to the installers, they answered my 100 questions with honest answers and that meant a lot to ease my mind, because along the way I did a lot of research. We obtained only 2 bids, but I talked to quite a few people about their experiences with other companies and feel that JRA fits as one of the best. They made sure the install worked for us and gave us lots of options.

Cannot recommend. They were dishonest, unhooked power to our AC unit, told us our compressor was fried. I told them I thought it was our breaker because the air kept shorting out the breaker and we thought it needed more power. He never checked our breaker box. Then the salesman came and tried to hard sell us 2 completely new systems including furnaces. He came across desperate and aggressive. Started offering a discount if we commit now. Sadly my mom passed that morning and I mentioned this to both employees. After they left the breaker stayed set and I suspected they sabotaged the unit as only the fan worked blowing warm air.. We spent the sleepless night mourning my my mother in a 90° home. Next morning a guy from a different hvac co let us know the power source to AC was shut off. He also checked the breakers and found the power was only 30 and the unit required a min of 35 -60 amps. An electrition replaced the breakers with 50 amps and our AC has been working.Honesty, integrity and good service would have been a better choice.

Both times.ive had them over, the guys were super nice, informative, and explained exactly what I needed and possible things to look for down the road. There is no chance I call anyone else.7/19/24 - Had them move and then replace the condensers onto a new concrete pad. They did a great job and the reinstall looks.better than the original!

After noticing a leak around the base of my toilet, I removed it suspecting that it was probably the wax ring. II asked Just Right to come out to my home for the repair, The technician quoted me a price of $532 to replace the wax ring. Naturally I declined because the price was egregiously high. It was a 10 minute job for me to do and the wax ring itself cost $6. if you call this company for service, hold onto your wallet.

Not thrilled by what has happened to their service model over the past seven years. My AC unit went down when it hit 107, unfortunately it happened while waiting two months for my annual service visit -- would have been nice if they had caught the bad capacitor prior to the heat wave. "Priority service" took three days to come and take a look. Thankfully a competitor walked me through how to replace a bad capacitor on my AC. However customer service was reasonable, and we reached a solution.
