“Service Technician Jeremy Richards performed a maintenance check on my gas furnace. He diagnosed some problems that needed to be addressed. His explanation of the problems and the plan to fix them was detailed and thorough. He came back two days later and installed some of the parts; however, one part did not fit and would have to be ordered again. A week later, he came back with the final part and completed the repair. He was very helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions. My furnace is running better than ever! He is a great representative for Just Right Heating & Cooling. Great experience!”

“I called around to several places when my AC decided to start freezing up and blowing heat instead of cold air and no one had any appointments available. Not their fault as it’s in the middle of the summer and it was 103 degrees but Just Right was able to clear some time on the schedule and get me in before we were to leave on vacation. The service tech Channing, came out and did a diagnostic and was able to figure out what was wrong in a matter of minutes. I stayed with Channing while he was here, not to make sure he was doing it right but I am fascinated with things I don’t know how to fix. Channing didn’t seem bothered or annoyed that I was over his shoulder and he took the time to explain everything he was doing. We have a 23 year old system and I have no doubts that we have gotten all the life out of this system. Channing recommended replacement obviously… but he still was able to fix what was wrong and said it should hold at least though the rest of the summer. No upselling, just recommendations. I’ll use Just Right again JUST for that reason. It’s not the cheapest place but I’m a big believer in you get what you pay for!!! You will not go wrong with using Just Right for repairs because it would have been just as easy to say, ya it’s old and there’s nothing to be done. The AC is blowing as cold as it ever has and seems to be working like new again. When I decide to replace my system, I would be hard pressed to not consider Just Right for that as well. Again… Thank You Just Right for finding a time for me to get repaired so my plans weren’t ruined.”
